Shipping policy

By placing an order through Rush Wave™, you agree to the terms below. These are provided to ensure that both parties are aware of and agree to this arrangement to mutually protect and set expectations on our service.

1. General

Subject to stock availability, we try to maintain accurate stock counts, but occasionally there may be a discrepancy and we may not be able to fulfill all your items at the time of purchase. In this case, we will contact you to ask if you prefer to wait for the item to be restocked.

Canada : If the product is in stock at our Sherbrooke warehouse, it will be delivered within 5 to 7 business days. Otherwise, we can deliver it within 6 to 8 weeks, accounting for the average restocking time. We will always provide a confirmation to inform you of the delivery timeline based on availability.

USA : The delivery time to the USA is approximately two months due to new tariffs. We will arrange transportation from the manufacturer to our customer.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in your order. Payment for shipping will be collected with the purchase. This price will be the final price for shipping cost to the customer.

4. Delivery Terms

In general, international orders may be in transit for 8 weeks. However, this period may exceptionally be longer (up to 20 days).
