Electric surfboards are quieter, require less maintenance, and are eco-friendly. Gas-powered surfboards deliver more raw power and longer ride durations per refill.

Our boards are made of carbon fiber or EPP (Expanded Polypropylene) depending on the model, offering durability and lightweight performance.

Yes. Every board and boat is equipped with a magnetic kill switch to ensure safety if the rider falls.

Yes. All electronic components are fully sealed and designed for marine environments.

Up to 150 kg for the E-Kart Boat, 100 kg (220 lb) for all surfboards.

Charging time ranges from 2 to 4 hours depending on the model: 2 hours for the BlackRider, 3.5 hours for the EasyRider and PrimeRacer, and 4 hours for the E-Kart Boat.

Yes, all models can be used in saltwater. Rinse with fresh water after each use to protect internal parts

For Canada, the delivery usually takes 5 to 10 business days depending on your location and product availability.
For USA, the delivery usually takes 8 to 10 weeks depending on your location.

All products are shipped from our warehouse in Canada or from local dealer warehouses when available.

For international orders, we ship from the brand factory located in China.

Yes. All our products come with a 2-year manufacturer warranty covering major components (battery, motor, electronic control unit).

To help us diagnose the issue quickly, please provide:

Our team will first review the information and guide you through basic troubleshooting when appropriate.

Our service process is simple:

1. Contact us
Contact Rush Wave or your authorized dealer and describe the issue.

2. Remote diagnosis
We may request photos, videos, serial numbers or additional information to help identify the problem before the product is returned.

3. Inspection or service
If the issue cannot be resolved remotely, we will direct you to an authorized Rush Wave dealer, service provider or designated service location for inspection.

4. Warranty assessment
Once the product has been inspected, we will determine whether the issue is covered under warranty.

5. Repair or replacement
If the issue is covered, Rush Wave may repair or replace the defective component or product in accordance with our warranty policy.

If the issue is not covered by warranty, we will inform you of the applicable repair costs before any non-warranty repair is performed.

The customer is responsible for transportation costs to and from the designated service location.

Whenever possible, our team will first attempt to diagnose the issue remotely to avoid unnecessary transportation.

Once the complete product has been received for inspection, Rush Wave aims to assess the warranty claim as quickly as possible.

In accordance with our warranty policy, the assessment may take up to 30 days where reasonably practicable, depending on the complexity of the issue, required testing, availability of parts or additional technical analysis.

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging, accessories, and documentation.

All returns must be approved by Rush Wave before being shipped back. A 5% restocking fee applies to approved returns.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or an error was made by Rush Wave.

For the E-Kart Boat, it's mandatory to have a license.

Riders should be at least 14 years old and supervised by an adult. Protective gear is recommended.

Yes. The EasyRider and E-Kart Boat are ideal for beginners. We recommend starting in calm waters.

Electric boards require minimal maintenance. Simply rinse the product with fresh water after each use to preserve performance and durability.
