Starting the PrimeRacer electric surfboard is designed to be simple, fast, and intuitive, so you can focus on enjoying your ride from the very first moment.
Step 1: Install the Battery
Begin by placing the battery securely inside the board. Ensure it is properly positioned and connected.
Once installed, the PrimeRacer powers on automatically. The front display will light up and indicate the current battery level, allowing you to quickly confirm that the board is ready for use.
Step 2: Attach the Magnetic Safety Key
The PrimeRacer is equipped with a single magnetic safety key worn on your wrist.
Attach the leash comfortably to your hand or wrist, then connect the magnetic key to the board’s control system. This step activates the board and ensures that the safety system is engaged.
Step 3: Engage the Throttle
With the board powered on and the magnetic key in place, press the throttle on the control handle to start the motor.
The turbine will respond instantly, delivering smooth and controlled acceleration as you begin your ride.
Integrated Safety System
The magnetic key acts as a built-in kill switch, providing an essential layer of safety.
If the key is detached — for example, in the event of a fall — the motor immediately shuts off. This prevents the board from continuing on its own and ensures full control in all situations.
